ORDER PROCESS:

• Submit your order by placing items desired in your shopping cart and when ready to complete your order proceed to check out. To submit your order please complete all forms presented. You will be asked to agree or disagree to the terms and conditions as stated on this "TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE ewaterbedstore.com SALE" web page. If you agree with the terms and condition then the sale will be VALID. If you do not agree with the terms and condition then the sale will be VOIDED.

• After the order is received, ewaterbedstore will e-mail you with an order confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail from an ewaterbedstore consultant in regard to the estimated ship date.

PAYMENT:

ewaterbedstore accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. You may also prepay with personal check, cashier check or money order. Please allow two-three week processing time if paying by personal check.

RETURNS:

Since ewaterbedstore strives to keep our prices as low as possible while offering quality merchandise, we must impose certain restrictions on return items. Be assured that any item found to be defective (see warranty information), damaged in shipping and/or an item different from that which was ordered, will certainly be replaced. We must be notified within 7 days of ship date of merchandise that the defect, damage or error exits. If you find you must return an item for another reason, please be aware of the following restrictions:

• All returns to www.ewaterbedstore.com require a Return Authorization number or returned item will be Refused.
  Call 1-941-371-0221 for Return Authorization number.

• Returns must be made within 15 days of ship date.

• Item must be returned to the following address. DO NOT return to other addresses that may be on the shipping label or your credit will be delayed and extra shipping charges may be incurred.

• Copy of our invoice must be included in the package.

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Water mattresses are shipped vacuum packed. This vacuum must be intact, with no water having been put in mattress. All returns must be in original package unused. We will not issue credit for used merchandise.

• A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returned items to cover our cost of original shipping, reboxing, restocking and paperwork. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

• Non Returnable Products:

  • Sheets/Comforters/All Bedding Accessories that have been opened and used

  • Hardside Waterbed Covers that have been used

  • Mattress Pads that have been opened

  • Pillows

  • Padded Rails are custom made to your choice of color, style and size. Therefore NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES allowed on padded rails.

• The customer will pay all to and from shipping charges. If for some reason you wish to return any merchandise within the specified time then you will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred to ship the product to you. This charge will be deducted even if free shipping was marked on your order. We can only pay for your shipping only if you keep your order. We do not pick up any products in the event of a return. You will be responsible to ship all unused merchandise in the original boxes within the time frame allowed.

• Any shipments refused upon attempted delivery will be subject to the same terms and conditions as a returned shipment.

• Please be sure to purchase tracking when you send your product back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost package. For this reason we ask that you send package back to us by UPS or FEDEX. If you elect to use the post office, you must purchase delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return.

Warranties:

• Warranties on the products www.ewaterbedstore.com sell are manufacturers warranties only, not store warranties. Although on rare occasion that you encounter a defect in the product we have sold you, we will try to assist you in handling the factory warranty procedure. Please keep your original receipt for proof of purchase of a particular item. Warranties cannot be handled without it. Credit card receipt is not adequate. It is not our responsibility to locate copies of your receipt.

• If the item is a mattress, defects are generally seam, corner, or valve leaks. Leaks in the body of the mattress are considered accidental punctures and can be repaired with a patch kit (this is not covered under the warranty). If you experience a leak in the mattress, it will be necessary for you to locate the source of the leak. Once located, if you suspect the leak to be defect, you will need to contact the manufacturer. You can contact us to help you through the manufacturer return procedure. Please read your warranty papers that accompanied your merchandise for more details.

• No refunds will be issued for bedding damaged due to improper laundering or handling.

• All returned items will be inspected by the manufacturer service department to determine the existence of a defect. The manufacturer reserves the option to replace, repair, or deny return. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices:

We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected increases, our published prices are subject to change. We will always notify you of any increases prior to shipment.

Shipping:

• Shipments are made via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FEDEX), Postal Mail Service (USPO) and commercial trucking companies. UPS Next Day and Second Day service is available just email us for a quote.

• eWaterBedStore offers FREE SHIPPING and HANDLING.

• FREE SHIPPING does not include the Wooden Furniture and/or any purchase that requires a commercial freight trucking company to deliver the order. Call 1-941-371-0221 for a freight quote for the above items.

• Softsides, Adjustable Air Beds, Futon Furniture, Futon Mattresses and Wooden Furniture are shipped via commercial freight trucking companies. Delivery is usually less than 7-10 working days. Once your order is shipped ewaterbedstore will then forward you the freight company’s tracking number and phone number so you will know when and what time your order will arrive. If your order is received with any damage do not refuse the shipment just make a notation about the damage on the freight bill before signing. Then contact ewaterbedstore customer service about the damage so we can send you a replacement immediately. Be sure to be home on the scheduled delivery day or you may incur a redelivery charge. Trucking company’s will not deliver merchandise inside your home or apartment unless you pay an extra inside delivery charge. Truck drivers are not required to provide assistance. Please have the necessary assistance available.
